Mr. Reza Haddad, CEO of Aftabnet Advertising & Communication Agency, is the guest judge for selecting the best TV and radio ads in February 2016.
Reza Haddad is born of 1969. He started his post-diploma education with drama and ended it with an MA in theater directing. Since 1992, he’s been producing and directing professionally in the fields of theater and television and he has over 500 episodes of documentaries and entertaining programs in his profile.
As of 1999, along with Maziyar Habibiniya and following a perpetual passion to produce and promote creative communicational contents, they started their TV & radio advertising activities and one year later, they launched Aftabnet Advertising Agency together. Today, this cooperation is 17 years old and through all these years,Reza Haddad as the CEO, has led this group within the path of innovation, growth and development by founding Ayeene-ye-Aftab Media Agency, Aftab Production House (As the first modern-structured advertising film making company) and Aftab Image artistic and cultural Institute. This leadership within the past 9 years has made and maintained Aftabnetposition as the first option for a majority of superior Iranian companies and brands in advertising and media industry.
Parallel to his well-known position in advertising world, Reza Haddad has never abandoned his eternal enthusiasm for art and culture. In 2002, with collaboration of Bazi Theater Company, he was the co-founder of Iran Theater Workshop and then, he founded and managed Sayeh Experimental Theater Group. Also, during the recent years, he has turned to an innovative andavant-garde character by founding Aftab Theater Company and bringing it to the mainstream of audience and his bestseller performances have been welcomed and faced a great success and popularity in various Iranian and international festivals.

Eight TV commercials were chosen as the “Month Superior Teasers” among all new-produced TV commercials which were broadcast in February 94 (Feb. & Mar. 2016) in IRIB national channels. The criteria of their selection is as follow in the order of value priority: 
1. Tehran Municipality: Monuments
Because of creativity in idea processing, applying a distinguished form and professional implementation relevant to the idea.
2. Relief Committee: There is kindness
Because of an effective story and message, simplicity in implementation, smooth believable acting.
3. Traffic Police: New Traffic Fines
Because of a precise effective noticing in a documentarily format while alluring and excited for the target group.
4. Fatemi Publications: My Dad and I Stories
Because of relevant form and content, designing based on the subject of teaser and appealing and effective narration for the target group
5. Masouleh: Masouleh Tea
Because of creativity in idea processing, a different look and valuable attitude and respect into the consumer and target group and applying new different and alluring situations
6. Pars Home Appliances: Refrigerator
Because of applying a relevant form and message (Reminding of past), proper usage of music and sound for creating ambience, Being distinguished while using simplicity
7. Ayandeh Bank: New Year Greeting
Because of integration of and presenting the message in a short time and applying minimalism in the way of implementation in spite of grammatical mistake in writing the slogan which its correct form is: “ Eideh-o-Eidish!” (It’s new year and it’s full of presents!)
8. Oila Oil: New Year Greeting
Because of having a smooth fluent narration and appropriate noticing
